Simply step into the Women’s Spirit Collective Facebook Group on or after March 25, put my name, Elisa Beck, in the top search bar, and spend time with the tips and tools I’ll be sharing on Natural Eyesight Enhancement and Improvement.
Vision Study: Sunday March 29, Sunday April 5, and Sunday April 19, 2026 with bonus session on Sunday May 10, 2026. The first introductory session is from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM eastern US. All other LIVE sessions are from Noon to 1:00 pm or until all questions have been answered. The time commitment to record the data you collect with the provided materials is about 10 minutes a week. You’ll be provided with printable eye charts for distance (far away) and near (reading distance for printed materials or close looking at devices), an orientation, and tips and tools to both preserve and enhance your eyesight into elderhood!
Beginners Somatic Movement Practice Series LIVE on Mondays May 11 through Monday July 13, 2026, 10:30 AM to 11:30 am eastern US (New York).
An introductory series co-taught by myself and four other somatic practitioners in the lineage of many somatics luminaries including Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Thomas Hanna, Eleanor Criswell Hanna, Mark Taylor, Lisa Clark, Brian Siddhartha Ingle and Maya Gayatri Andersson.
When? 10 consecutive Mondays LIVE on ZOOM from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern (New York) and 7:30 to 8:30 AM Pacific US, Monday May 11 through Monday July 13, 2026.
